David Dubeau from Results Marketing shows how to create a effective marketing strategy that will get more customers in the door, coming more often, and spending more.
3. "Negotiate Your Way to Win-Win" with negotiation specialist, Brent Kisilevich. Attendees will be introduced to methods for engaging people in collaboration, seeing options in resistance, and building agreements that meet the interests of all parties.
