Santa Claus Parade Entry Deadline - Fri Oct 27

The Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association (KCBIA)is organizing the Santa Claus Parade, which will starts at 10:30 am Saturday November 25th.

Theme: Christmas Around The World

Entry Deadline: October 27th

The parade begins with "Wake Up Santa" at Kamloops Square, corner of Seymour St. and 2nd Avenue. The route travels down 2nd Avenue and onto Victoria St. traveling east to 6th Avenue where it will disperse in the 600 Block Victoria St.. The parade runs from 10:30am to approximately Noon.

People in Motion Fall Fundraising Dinner - Mon Oct 30

People in Motion is holding their Fall Fundraising Dinner and Silent Auction, at the Press Box on McArthur Island, Monday October 30th.

Enjoy a great dinner - steak, salad, baked potato and garlic toast - for $15 per person (Tip & GST included).

Bring yourself, bring your family, bring your friends, bring them all! Don’t forget money or a cheque for your Silent Auction Bids. Funds raised this year are in support our Active Living Programs and the acquisition of some Adaptive Recreation Equipment.

To purchase your tickets, drop by the office at 6E-750 Cottonwood Avenue (Kamloops Christian School Building); we are open Mon – Fri 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
